Returns
Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase you can return it to us in its original condition
within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will
issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (return
delivery costs payable by the customer and non refundable).
You can expect a refund within 5 days of our receiving your
return. If you require an exchange, please contact us.
Please enclose a note with your purchase
stating the reason for your return and if you require a replacement/alternative
item or refund.
Items Returned Because They
are Damaged, Defective or Incorrect
If you are returning an item because
of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective,
we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the
item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding
your return postage costs. You can expect a refund within
5 days of our receiving your return. Manifold will check all
items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find
no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s
and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Prices,
Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes
All products are subject to availability and may be changed
at any time and we reserve the right to change any advertised
prices at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you
will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
All prices quoted on this web site are accurate at the time
of going to press and are quoted in pounds sterling.
We reserve the right to alter
specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights
given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations
of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic
and calibrations of different output devices.
Delivery
Times and Charges
UK Delivery
Delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days unless otherwise
stated in the item's description; a signature may be required.
Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you
within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery
date or if the product is no longer available.
Most small items will be sent by Royal
Mail 2nd class and other items by Interlink Express courier
at our discretion.

once the packages reaches your destination country will be
your responsibility as we have no control over these charges
